Dear Coach,

The next roller hockey season is quickly approaching. In order to continue in an organized and efficient manner it is imperative for a coach, team captain, or team representative to attend the pre-season meeting.

The meetings will take place as follows:

If you or your assistant coach cannot attend the meeting please send a representative from your team. Game changes are difficult and cause confusion for all involved, therefore changing a game after schedules are complete cannot be done. Keep in mind your team will have at least 7 out of 10 games according to your requests. Therefore attendance by a coach, captain, or team representative with the team’s scheduling requests is critical and necessary.

League fee for this session is $1600.00 if team is paid in full by the third game, otherwise the fee will be $1700.00. (Please note: Teams will not be permitted to play their fifth game unless they are paid in full.) To be eligible for the multiple team coach’s credit all teams must be paid in full by the 3rd game.

Subjects to be discussed are:

• Rule changes
• Division alignments
• Practice times
• League opening date
• League fees
• Player and Coaches conduct on and off the Rink

As of August 31, 2007 all memberships in the AAU expire. All players must renew their AAU Memberships. Memberships can be renewed in the office for a fee of $25.00 or on-line for $14.00. The website to register or re-register is: www.aausports.org

ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE THEIR NEW MEMBERSHIPS BY THEIR FIRST GAME
