GAGA BALL IS HERE!!
Gaga Ball is a fun game that kids love to play. Gaga is similar to dodge ball but has several distinct differences. It is played with a ball in an octagonal court with eight sides.
The objective of the game is to eliminate players by hitting them, at or below the knees, with the ball. When a player is eliminated, he/she must exit the court. Players can roll the ball or hit the ball with an open hand or fist. Players may also block the ball when it comes near them.
STARTING THE GAME:
The game starts with all players standing against a wall of their choice. Then, someone bounces the ball in the court. After the ball bounces three times, it is in play and the players may leave the wall.
The winner is the last player in the court. ELIMINATION:
- Being hit on or below the knees with the ball.
- Leaving the pit or using the pit walls to jump.
- Sitting or Lying Down.
- Picking up or scooping the ball (as opposed to just hitting it).
- Hitting the ball or leaving the wall before the ball is 'in play'.
- Touching the ball a second time before it hits either another player or a wall first
