DIRECTIONS

The Sports Arena is located at 620 Middle Country Road (Route 25- Jericho Turnpike), St. James NY 11780
behind McDonalds and Mercedes of Smithtown. Turn onto Broadley Ave (our private driveway).

Directions from the South/East:
Head West of Jericho Turnpike (Route 25 - Middle Country Road) The Sports Arena is located approximately 1 mile west of the Smith Haven Mall.
Turn left onto Broadly Ave.

Directions from the North/West:
Head east on Jericho Turnpike (Route 25 - Middle Country Road) The Sports Arena is located approximately 2 miles East of Route 111.
Make Right after McDonalds onto Broadley Ave.

* Broadley Ave will not come up on GPS

The Sports Arena is located in St James between Competition Mercedes and McDonalds about a mile west of the Smithaven Mall on Middle Country Road (Route 25). There is a street sign that says Broadley Ave located at the end of the driveway on Middle Country Road (Route 25).
