SPEED & ATHLETIC AGILITY CLINIC: Speed training involves the increased muscle power through both speed, starting (acceleration) and stopping (deceleration) function. Each movement becomes enhanced with an explosive force behind each repetition, making speed training ideal for athletes who run and perform agile movements. An athlete will benefit tremendously from this type of training,seeing dramatic improvements in their level of fitness and strength.
