SUMMER ONLY: As defined by the Suffolk County Department of Health, all campers must provide The Sports Arena with a copy of their latest immunization record and a Health History form.
Full Day/Full Week or Half Day/Full Week registrations are NOT eligible for day/date changes as a deep discount is already provided with the initial cost of registration.
Full Day or Half Day single registrations MAY be changed provided that The Sports Arena is notified by email (email@example.com) by the Friday preceeding the camp week AND the new date is not sold out. No other type of day/date change will be accepted.
There are no refunds or make-up days for missed days of camp. No refunds will be made for late arrivals, early departures or dismissal for cause. If a camper is absent due to medical reasons a Store Credit will be issued ONLY if the following items are met:
The Sports Arena is notified by 11am of the missed day - email to firstname.lastname@example.org AND
A physician’s note which evidences a medical reason for the absence - email to email@example.com
