SPEED & ATHLETIC AGILITY TRAINING: Speed training involves the increased muscle power through both speed, starting (acceleration) and stopping (deceleration) function. Each movement becomes enhanced with an explosive force behind each repetition, making speed training ideal for athletes who run and perform agile movements.
